SMTP settings for copiers, servers, and reporting devices
If you use a copier/scanner that emails out scanned documents you will need to update those settings after migrating to G Suite. All GPLS will need from you is the external IP address of each copier/location to whitelist with Google, then you can follow the instructions under Step 1 for "G Suite SMTP relay" here to set them up. We are available to assist with this if needed.
This can also be used to configure any reporting devices that are capable of sending emails from your domain via SMTP such as: servers, UPSs, NASs, Wi-Fi controllers, etc.
