Georgia libraries may request the Technology Loaner Kit to use for staff and/or patron training or to use to help make purchase decisions. Follow the steps below to make your request.
Steps for reservations:
Review the TLK use policy.
Read the TLK FAQs.
Take a look at the available TLK kits to learn more about the equipment included in the kits.
View the TLK reservation calendar to check the availability of the kits.
If the preferred date(s) are available, complete the TLK reservation form to make a reservation.
Fill out the TLK Safety and Liability Release form (for each person using the kit).
The maximum loan period is two weeks. If more time is needed, contact GPLS IT staff at loanerkits@georgialibraries.org.
GPLS IT Staff will contact you regarding the status and confirmation of your request.
Returning the kit:
Securely pack all items back into the kit, put the locks on the outside (randomize the code), and send the kit via courier to 444/111, Attn: GPLS IT.
If any materials are low or any equipment is missing/broken, email loanerkits@georgialibraries.org with details.
