This kit contains a Celestron NexStar 8SE 203mm f/10 Schmidt-Cassegrain GoTo Telescope and a Lenovo Tab P11 Android tablet, offering a fantastic introduction to astronomy. Whether you're interested in observing planets, galaxies, or nebulae, this kit makes exploring the night sky accessible and enjoyable.

Setup and Usage Instructions
1. Assembling the Telescope
Open the Pelican case and carefully remove all components.
Attach the optical tube to the tripod using the mounting screws.
Install the Star Diagonal and eyepiece onto the telescope's visual back.
Mount the Star Pointer finderscope to the optical tube using the included screws.
2. Powering the Telescope
Insert 8 AA batteries into the base's compartment or use an AC adapter.
Flip the power switch to the "On" position to activate the telescope.
3. Using the Hand Controller
Navigate the menu to select alignment options:
Auto Two-Star Alignment: Input location, time, and date to align the telescope automatically.
Two-Star Alignment: Manually select and align two stars for more precision.
Use the directional buttons to move the telescope and center objects in the eyepiece.
4. Observing Tips
Start with easy targets like the Moon or planets before progressing to deep-sky objects.
Use the hand controller's "Tour Mode" for guided exploration of the best celestial objects visible that evening.
For best results, observe from a dark location, away from city lights.

Safety Precautions
NEVER LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE SUN without a proper solar filter. Permanent eye damage may result.
Always supervise use when children or inexperienced adults are present.

Checklist for Returning the Kit

Wipe down all components to remove fingerprints or dirt.
Pack everything securely in the Pelican case.
