This kit includes the Sanyo DVD/VCR Player, a versatile tool for digitizing and playing back legacy media formats like VHS tapes and DVDs. The VCR/DVD player is ideal for libraries that want to preserve memories or provide multimedia playback services to patrons. It’s especially useful in combination with other devices in the Retro Kit for converting analog video formats to digital.

Setup and Usage Instructions
Unpacking the Kit
Carefully unpack the Sanyo DVD/VCR Player and its accessories.
Verify that all components are present and undamaged.
Connecting the Player
Standard RCA Connection:
Connect the included RCA cables to the AUDIO OUT and VIDEO OUT jacks on the player.
Plug the other ends into the corresponding AUDIO IN and VIDEO IN jacks on your TV or capture device.
HDMI Connection:
For a high-definition display, use an HDMI cable to connect the HDMI OUT port to a compatible display device.
Using with Retro Kit Devices:
For digitization, connect the player to the Elgato USB Analog Video Capture Device or ClearClick Video2Digital Converter using the RCA cables.
Operating the Player
Insert a VHS tape or DVD:
